Email Troubleshooting
You're probably reading this because you're having "email trouble." There are several steps to resolving the problem:
- Is your Internet connection working? (Yes! If you're reading this, your Internet connection is clearly working.)
- Click here... can you see the login to SmarterMail? If you can, that means that Keystone's mail server is up and running.
Our past experience shows that if you passed the first two tests above and your email STILL is not working, then you have some problem on your computer or local network that is interfering with your ability to use email. At this point, you have two options:
- Contact your IT professional to troubleshoot your email setup (click here for instructions) or computer/network.
