Eric Jackson
Sales & Marketing / Managing Partner
Eric Jackson brings experience as an executive and entrepreneur to Keystone's leadership team. After receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Jackson served as vice-president at a Hendersonville-based printing company where his work in electronic pre-press and website development whetted his appetite to learn more about emerging technologies. Eventually, Jackson translated his new passion into a business, launching Smoking Dog Interactive, which specialized in website development. After Smoking Dog Interactive was acquired by a large Nashville accounting firm, Jackson found the entrepreneurial urge too hard to ignore and Keystone Business Solutions was the result. Jackson oversees Keystone's consultative selling team and the website design team.
Michael Miller
Computer Networking / Partner
Michael Miller's credentials include a degree in Computer Science from Western Kentucky University, Certified Novell Engineer, WatchGuard Certified System Professional and the industry coveted Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Michael provides networking, hardware and infrastructure solutions at KBS. Michael and his team design, implement and support computer systems that keep your network-and your business information-safe, secure and accessible. Michael has designed, implemented and managed local and wide area networks for business of all sizes. Working in the consulting environment has allowed Michael to see a wide variety of software packages and hardware solutions. This exposure to diverse systems means there is a good chance Michael has worked with businesses with needs similar to yours.
Jamie Holland
Graphic/Website Design
Jamie Holland, Keystone's expert graphic designer and Web Development team leader, received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Middle Tennessee State University. He has worked in the graphic arts industry for over 10 years. Jamie is also known for tracking down a delicious burrito or debating vintage sneakers.
Adam Arnold
Senior Technology Consultant
Adam Arnold is a Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist. In his role as Senior Technology Consultant, Adam Arnold makes life easy for KBS clients. "It's my job to worry about technology so our clients can focus on their business," says Adam, who designs and installs computer systems, Microsoft-based technology products and networks that maximize productivity for KBS clients. Adam also serves as Keystone's first-responder to client computer and network problems.
Jeremy Scott
Search Engine Optimization, Content Development, Web Services
Jeremy Scott, Keystone's resident SEO expert, earned a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication from Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, Illinois. Prior to joining the Keystone team, Jeremy spent a decade in big-box retail management and communications. In addition to SEO, Jeremy helps Keystone clients with content development and assists clients with training and troubleshooting for our web-related products and services. He also looks dashing in blue.
Thomas G. Campbell
Technology Consultant
After graduating from college, Thomas attended classes at New Horizons where he completed his A+ and his Network+ certifications. He then spent some time working at TechServ Inc. as a PC Technician, while continuing to take on free lance projects on the side. He even earned his MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) qualification in his free time. Thomas enjoys several hobbies including reading, video games, yoga, and he is working on setting up an internet radio station with a group of friends.
Jozef Kaslikowski
Custom Programming
Jozef Kaslikowski, Keystone's senior systems developer, earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tennessee Technological University. Kaslikowski is a skilled Microsoft .NET, C++, C and x86 Assembly programmer. He has developed testing applications for the United States military Joint Strike Fighter program, real time distributed data acquisition software for jet engine testing and is the primary architect of Keystone's Content Management System.
